ProperUnit Short-Term Stay Reservation Regulations effective from 1.07.2024
 

§ 1 Subject of the Regulations

 

  1. These regulations define the subject of service provision, responsibility, and rules for staying in ProperUNIT apartments (hereinafter referred to as Apartments).

  2. The Apartments are managed by Properq sp. z o.o., located in Wrocław at al. Armii Krajowej 8c/5, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000975159, NIP 8971906983, REGON: 147147210. Delivery address: al. Armii Krajowej 8c/5, 50-541 Wrocław, email: biuro@properunit.pl, phone: +48 887 799 264.

  3. The regulations are available on the website www.properunit.pl.

  4. The regulations apply to all guests.

 

§ 2 Reservations and Payments

 

  1. Reservations can be made online via the website www.properunit.pl or through booking platforms (e.g., booking.com).
  2. Full payment for the stay is required to make a reservation.
  3. We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and through the online payment system Przelewy24.

 

§ 3 Hotel Day

 

  1. The hotel day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00 the next day, unless otherwise confirmed individually.
  2. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability. Extending the hotel day until 19:00 will result in a charge of half the nightly rate applicable on the day of departure.
  3. A request to extend the stay can be made by 09:00 on the day the apartment rental period ends. ProperUNIT will consider the request to extend the stay subject to apartment availability.

 

§ 4 Cancellation of Reservations

 

  1. Unless the offer or reservation confirmation states otherwise (e.g., indicating that the offer is non-refundable or that changes or cancellations are not allowed), reservations can be canceled up to 14 days before the planned arrival without additional charges.
  2. Cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before the start of the first hotel day of the planned stay or failure to arrive at the apartment on the scheduled arrival day will result in a charge of the full reservation amount.

 

§ 5 House Rules

 

  1. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00.
  2. Parties and loud gatherings in the apartments are prohibited. Guests are required to observe generally accepted principles of social coexistence.
  3. The apartments are entirely non-smoking.

 

§ 6 Guests' Responsibility

 

  1. Children under the age of 13 should be under the constant supervision of legal guardians within the Apartments. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children according to generally applicable legal provisions.
  2. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of apartment equipment and technical devices, as well as in the common areas of the building where the apartment is located and in neighboring apartments, caused by them or by persons accompanying or visiting them.
  3. Guests are required to observe the principles of good neighborliness, maintain cleanliness in the apartment, staircases, and within the occupied building, and keep the apartment in proper condition.
  4. Guests should notify ProperUNIT of any damage immediately after discovering it.
  5. For safety reasons, guests should turn off the TV, turn off the lights, close the taps, and lock the windows and entrance door each time they leave the room.
  6. It is prohibited to use bath towels for cleaning shoes or any other dirty items. Taking towels and other apartment equipment upon departure is strictly prohibited.
  7. Early departure of guests for reasons beyond ProperUNIT's control does not entitle them to a refund for unused services.
  8. In case of violation of the regulations, ProperUNIT may refuse further service to the person violating them. Such a person is required to immediately comply with ProperUNIT's requests, settle the payment for services provided so far, pay for any damages, and leave the apartment.

 

§ 7 ProperUNIT's Responsibility

 

  1. ProperUNIT is liable for damages incurred by guests according to the provisions of generally applicable law, including the Civil Code.

 

§ 8 Return of Left Items

 

  1. Personal items left by departing guests in the apartment will be sent to the address provided by the guests at their expense. If such instruction is not received, ProperUNIT will store these items at the owner's expense for 30 days, after which the items will be discarded. Due to their nature, food items will not be stored.

 

§ 9 Complaint Procedure

 

  1. Guests have the right to file complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided or in any other respect.
  2. Complaints can be submitted by guests, for example, in electronic form via email to: biuro@properunit.pl.
  3. Guests are advised to include in the complaint description: information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular, the type and date of the deficiency or other defect, and contact details of the complainant – this will facilitate and expedite the consideration of the complaint by ProperUNIT. The requirements mentioned in the previous sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of filing a complaint.
  4. ProperUNIT will respond to the complaint received from guests and inform them of how the complaint will be handled, particularly via email if guests have provided an email address for this purpose. ProperUNIT will provide a response to the complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
